Sessions take place across Hot, Heated, and Ambient environments, each chosen to support the intention of the practice. All classes are led by experienced instructors in a design‑forward space built for strength, clarity, and longevity.

Far‑infrared heat gently warms the body directly, supporting circulation, flexibility, muscular warm‑up, joint ease, nervous system balance, and recovery.

We offer three temperature experiences:
Hot (100–105°F)
Deep heat for endurance, intensity, and athletic conditioning.
Heated (90–95°F)
Athletic warmth that supports strength, mobility, and controlled effort.
Ambient (74–85°F)
Gentle, non‑heated or lightly warmed sessions ideal for restorative, mobility, and recovery‑focused practices.
